I take a person-centered, non-directive approach. This means that I meet you where you are in your mental health journey and allow you the autonomy you deserve.
I find many useful techniques in mindfulness-based therapies, cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing. We will work together to set goals and find strategies that help you gain some control, build resilience, and navigate tough times.
